The controller of your personal data is Treesat spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Olsztyn (10-180 Olsztyn), at ul. Wędkarska 38B, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Olsztyn, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number: 0000731526, TAX ID: 7393910463, REGON number: 369349018, share capital of PLN 200,000.00
Purposes and legal basis of data processing
Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of direct marketing of Treesat services (in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR), and if you grant appropriate consent – also for the purpose of sending marketing information by means of electronic communication or telecommunications terminal equipment from Treesat or entities cooperating with it and for the purpose of marketing the products and services of Treesat or entities cooperating with it (in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of the GDPR)
Data storage period
Your personal data will be stored until you object to the processing or withdraw your consent, whichever comes first, but in any case no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data by Treesat and their exercise.
You have the right to:
- access to your data and receive a copy thereof;
- rectify (correct) your data;
- deletion of data (the so-called right to be forgotten), restriction of the processing of personal data;
- transfer your data to another administrator;
- object to data processing, including profiling, and for direct marketing purposes;
- withdraw consent at any time and in any way, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions on personal data protection.

In order to verify whether the person requesting a specific operation on personal data has the right to do so, Treesat may request additional data to verify the identity of the person submitting the request.
Categories of recipients of personal data and transfer of personal data outside the EEA
Treesat uses the services of other entities that process personal data on its behalf, including in the scope of: legal and accounting services, IT services and server services, advertising and marketing services, maintenance and operation of the telecommunications network; support in handling correspondence and customer service.
Treesat does not currently plan to transfer your personal data to a third country or to international organisations (i.e. outside the EEA).
Voluntary provision of data
Providing your personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide data will result in the inability to send commercial offers and information about promotions.
